We at GabyAnalia Bows want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will accept your timely return of full priced, unworn, unwashed, un-defective merchandise.

If you want to return a product please send me an email. Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached.

A receiving an RMA via email, you may ship the items back to us, shipping costs on your behalf. A $5 restocking fee per item and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received your request for return, we will approve via email, and you will be sent a return slip via USPS. You can use our label provided, or your own. We do not pay for the return fees. If you choose to use our return label, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.

The return must be back in our store within 5 days of delivery for a refund. After 5 days a store credit will be issued. After 7 days, the items are not returnable, and are FINAL SALE.

We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.

 

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday - ORDERS DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ON WEEKENDS. Holiday ship times WILL vary on current work load.

Once an order is placed on our website, please allow UP TO 5+ business days (currently peak season )( unless otherwise noted in the product description of a pre sale / special ship date ) ALL bows are at an estimated 7-10 BUSINESS day turn around due to demand (they are currently finished IN house and MADE to order-for) the order to be processed with an active shipping label printed, prepared and packed for shipment.

Newly released collections / items can take a bit longer to process due to the initial demand for the release. Please allow ample time for us to process these orders!
